A carefully balanced, expert formula that brings together the key nutrients needed specifically for the breastfeeding period, helping to safeguard your diet when it matters most.

Brain & Eye Development – each capsule provides 300mg DHA. Maternal intake of DHA contributes to the normal brain and eye development of breast-fed infants.
Bones – 700mg calcium, vitamin K & D and magnesium which contribute to the development and maintenance of strong bones and teeth for both mother and baby.
Vitamin D – includes 10µg vitamin D, the exact level recommended during breast-feeding.
Vitamin B6, niacin, iron and magnesium which contribute to normal energy release.

How to use

Two (2) Pregnacare Breast-Feeding tablets per day, plus one (1) omega-3 capsule per day. Swallow each with water or a cold drink and take with a main meal. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed recommended intake. To be taken on a full stomach. Can be started at any point after childbirth, and used for as long as required during and after breast-feeding

Pregnacare breastfeeding can be taken up to 12 months following childbirth. It is a comprehensive multivitamin and can be taken whether breastfeeding or not.
