The tablets contain pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, which is a decongestant that relieves nasal and sinus congestion, and ibuprofen, which is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAID) painkiller that relieves pain and headaches, reduces temperature and inflammation.
